Johnstown Concert Series

Bringing world-class musicians to Johnstown since 2005, the Johnstown Concert Series offers area residents and visitors the opportunity to hear classical jazz performances in an intimate atmosphere. Roxbury Bandshell

The historic Roxbury Bandshell is situated in Johnstown's Roxbury Park and is the last remaining of 27 music pavilions built in 1937 during Presidnet Franklin D. Roosevelt's Works Progress Administration (WPA). It hosts theater, dog walks, weddings, Christmas tree lighting ceremony, annual Bandshell Bark, and free concerts every Sunday beginning Memorial Day weekend through mid-September.

Wagner-Ritter House and Garden

Inhabited by the same family from when it was built in the 1860s through 1990, this one-of-a-kind house museum was restored to its 19th-century appearance, illustrating the domestic lives of immigrants who moved to Johnstown to work in the steel mills and coal mines.

The Grand Halle on Board Street

Twin Towers Structural Beam

Structural beam from one of New York's Twin Towers from the September 11, 2001 tragedy. Johnstown is one of only five cities in the United States that has an actual part of the Towers. Located beside St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church pavilion, the structure serves as a permanent memorial for the victims and heroes of 9/11.
