Dr. Spencer completed her Family Medicine residency here at Conemaugh Memorial Family Residency program in 1993.  She became the program director at Conemaugh in April of 2004.  Dr. Spencer is responsible for compliance with ACGME requirements.  She actively teaches the residents in the office and hospital settings as well as coordinates the overall curriculum including the implementation and evaluations.
