Biography: I was born in Queens, NY and raised on Long Island. I worked in the medical field for a few years before returning to school to enter the field of psychology.    

Professional Interests: Diversity, difference, and inclusion, the nexus of medicine and psychology, gender differences and disparities in social and psychological contexts, psychology of Men and masculinity, depression, male sexual dysfunction, help-seeking behaviors, LGBTQIA+, and how research informs clinical practice.

Hobbies: Classic Literature, Art and Art History, Medieval Europe and Elizabethan Era history, playing with my cat, a fascination with cartoons, cooking/baking, and yoga.
